How Leka Comply Uses AI

Leka Comply uses AI in two places:

  1. Public chatbot — the chat bubble on lekacomply.com answers questions about the platform for visitors. It has no access to any client data.
  2. Internal Leka Assistant— an AI assistant inside the platform dashboard is in development. When launched, it will be able to answer questions based on your organisation's own compliance documents. Full details will be published here before launch.

Our Data Commitments

  • We do not train AI models on your data
  • We do not use your compliance documents, policies or records to improve AI models
  • We do not share your data with AI providers beyond what is strictly necessary to process your query
  • The public chatbot does not receive, store or process any client or tenant data
  • We do not use your data for advertising or profiling

AI Model Outputs

AI models can produce incorrect or incomplete outputs. Leka Comply does not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. The public chatbot is intended to answer general questions about the platform — it is not a substitute for legal or compliance advice.

AI Providers

We use enterprise AI providers with strong data protection commitments. A full list of AI sub-processors is available on request by emailing hello@lekacomply.com.

Future AI Features

As AI features are added to the platform, this policy will be updated with at least 30 days notice of any material changes to how AI processes client data.
