This policy explains how Leka Comply uses AI, both in the product and in how we operate, and what you can expect.
Leka Comply does not currently use artificial intelligence to process your compliance data inside the product.
Should we introduce AI technologies within platform capabilities in future, they would be used only to improve operational efficiency and user experience, and never to make autonomous compliance decisions, regulatory determinations, or legal conclusions. Human review and accountability would remain central to all compliance activities conducted through the platform.
AI coding assistants help write and review code, and assist with drafting internal documentation and content, always under human review. Your data is not used to train AI models, and is not used in our development or testing.
We do not train AI models on your data. We do not use your compliance documents, policies, or records to improve AI models. We do not share your data with AI providers beyond what is strictly necessary to process a request you initiate. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
AI models can produce incorrect or incomplete outputs. Should Leka Comply introduce AI features that you interact with, we will not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses, and they will not be a substitute for legal or compliance advice.
We will notify you before making any material change to how AI processes client data.
