Is Leka Comply suitable for a small team?
Yes. Leka Comply was built specifically for growing organisations — teams where the founder, MD or operations lead is also the compliance function. You do not need a dedicated compliance officer to use it. The platform is designed to be simple enough that any team member can log in, complete their tasks and contribute to your compliance record without training. The Starter plan supports up to 25 staff and is priced for organisations at an early stage. You can start small and grow into more features as your team expands.
Where is our data stored and is it POPIA compliant?
Client data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in the London region, which is recognised as adequate under POPIA Section 72, no separate data transfer agreement required. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organisation's data is completely isolated from other clients at the database level. You own your data at all times.
Is there a free trial?
No. Deliberately so. The founder personally onboards every client. A self-serve trial without that context gives you a worse experience than the real thing. You will see the live platform, ask anything, and leave with a clear picture of whether it fits. Book a 30-minute demo here.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date. If Leka Comply ever ceases operations, you receive a minimum of 30 days written notice, continued access during that period, and a complete export of your data within 14 days on request. Your data is never held hostage.
We already have a system. Why move?
Having policies and being compliant are two different things. A shared folder can store a document. It cannot tell you who has read it, whether your team is meeting the obligations inside it, what risks you are carrying, or what the audit trail looks like. Leka Comply is the layer that turns documents into demonstrable compliance.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are up and running within a week of the onboarding call. The platform is designed to be configured in under 10 minutes. Your policies, team, and compliance framework can be live the same day. The founder walks you through setup personally.
Are you available outside Eswatini?
